Didnt do too well in 400m heats! 50.54s but important thing is that i qualified for finals in like 4 hours so hopefully things change there!

Anyway guess race plan of starting fast aint cutting out for me :/ gotta relax the fist 100 and only move when i hit the back straight.
The timing system here is quite cool! It's like electronic gun so the sound is quite gay but interesting nonetheless!
The blocks are pretty solid too with high pads (:

Flight from singapore on sia was quite short! SIA somemore. hahaha then a half hour bus ride to the hotel which is quite nice. Decent la. haha Got bath tub! (:

Cant see myself running well for 4x400m tmr but you never know! haha
