400m heats




YAYY!!! MY FIRST IVP TITLE.

Really takes the pressure off.

Timing wasnt very fantastic but honestly i was just running to win. And i did it (: Lane draw on lane 2 courtesy of a 53s++ heat timing, which was fun to run i must say! ok i gotta admit the 400m schedule is alittle cruel. haha but nonetheless a quick bath inbetween the races was refreshing (:

Ok so I really dont know if i ran fast in the first 200 but once i was clear at 200m i kinda held back alittle as, like i said, winning was first, timing 2nd. Which meant i had a pretty good kick finish with KERS! HAHA

50.36s. Hardly impressive but effective (: Didnt really have the push either. With Elfi falling by the wayside early.

Sharman ran well too! 2nd but goot 110mH open height timing. And records in both men and women TRIPLE JUMP, YONG HUI and KIT FEI respective. well done!

I think elfi was probably, well, put too much pressure on himself, plus a botched start due a flying block didnt help :/ Feel sad for him too. But i'm sure he will pick himself up for next weekend's 200m 4x1 and 4x4.

In the meantime, gotta work on my hurdles (:
