Woo hoo done with 1506 MID TERMS!

I think i did okay!! Results only out tmr when the lecturer give it out but i'm hoping for 8/10 or higher! :D

Tried 400m Hurdles actual height and i think i can do it! Make use of my base and i dont hurdle that badly. haha Gotta do more hurdle stretch though and keep up that hamstring flexibility!

IVP 400m is the following saturday! :/ Pretty scary as i dont feel prepared for it. Competition is going to be tough with Subiash and Elfi taking up their slots. A win is not taken for granted and i've a week or so i make sure i clinch my first indv title.

Timing wise, I do hope i hit a mid 49. But you never know i might just break the 49 when i least expect it (:

Sharony's doing great in Texas. I get to chat with her almost any other day and sometimes it doesnt feel that far. Like hey, this distance thing isnt really affecting me and in fact i feel more attached to her (:

Training have been quite little i must say. Which is good on the mental part, but not so good on the confidence part. haha But 200m x 6 are in order tomorrow (: (: JIA YOU LANCE!!!

Almost forgot to mention about the 2nd SINGAPORE GP! The hype and crowd was definitely much less this year, but the action and atmosphere was still electrifying. Took up pur vantage point in between turn 7 and 8 and i must say we got quite good action there :D With a part of toyota falling out, to overtakings at turn 7, and a good view of the cars as it slows down of turn 8. Wanted to move alr when a wing tip from one of the toyota came off and landed right smack in the middle of the road near turn 8 and the marshalls responded immidiately with yellow flags. It took them about 5laps to decide how they were going to get it off the track as the nearest exit/entrance for a marshall is like a good 50-60m away. Nonetheless a brave soul risked his limps to get it at the gap in between the first and last cars on the track. And a little detail i spotted too, that double yellow flags were waved at turn 7. Good calls my marshalls all around (:

I used my ear phones as my earplugs but took it out once in awhile to absorb the sounds in (: F1 is a good demonstation of sheldon's DOPPLER EFFECT (: Speaking of look a liks, i saw some one in nus who looks like SYLAR. :/ hahha
