Elfi ran 34.7s for 300m time trial yesterday! He will be our 4th member for 4x400m (: Always knew that he could run 400m after running the 300m in late 35 so easily a month ago.
And for that, it gives me more motivation as well as pressure to push on for that elusive 48s. So the first showdown between me and him will be at TIG! I just hope i dont lose so badly to him. haha
Hong Kong open was supposed to be the venue, but after getting listed as a H1N1 country, i'm afraid of the consequences when i return. If i go, i think i will wear a mask wherever i go, unless i'm sleeping, running or racing.
It's still scary though, thinking that that's where SARS originated. :/

Bought Transformers 2 tickets for Dinah and Mok today too! same theatre and time but my two seats and theirs are far apart cos i bought mine much earlier.

Boys have about 2 more weeks of good hard training before nationals! Qabeel is my this year's protege, filling anthony poh's shoes! But he gotta trim that tummy alittle though! haha
How do i correct a running technique? Like what kinda drills do i give someone who has problem with high knees while running? I tried the stepping over/high knee thing drill as a start. Dont know whether it's working. haha

Attended YanLin's dad wake yesterday. And the mood is always so sombre and sad. You could tell the sadness in all their eyes. It makes you think of your own loved one. It makes you treasure them more.

Funny day with sharony as i met her twice in a day. Haha started out by collection of her NEW AND IMPROVED PASSPORT w new picture n hologram! haha then dropped by asics, then headed to HollandV Crystal Jade as she had that craving. Stopped by THAMBI magazine store n picked up track and field news, walked walked around that cold storage buliding, then left and dropped sharony back home, and i headed back to catch a 10min nap before going to bedok to train the boys. Afterwhich, came over to pick up my princess again and went for training, as well as ironed out some tig details with Mel. 3 girls attended trg today woohoo! Sharon, Cassondra and Yu jia (: they looked happy. haha sharony looked funny pulling the sled though! so kewt.
