Grandma's back home (:

She's still pretty weak though, and must be very well looked after and monitored in the next few days.I just hope she'll be feeling on the go to the TAN family's hotel/outing this sat (:

I think we've all heard the phrases "absence makes the heart grow fonder", and "you never know what you've got until you lose it." Most of us, or teenagers at least, refer that to their relationships with someone else.

But for me, i feel that now towards my grandma, and everyone of my family members.

Dad was relating to me the fits grandma had on the first day and my heart just aches imagining it.

Grandmas arent suppose to feel pain. They should be pampered and live a happy life day after day.

WOW. Training was destroying. But glad to have training mates around! Always feel so accomplished after wednesday's training. haha

Elfi showed today he can run a super 400m too! after all the ins and outs he could still do a 35.4 for 300m! YAY i really hope he decides to give 400m a shot. He could even beat me anytime!

Sometimes trainings are de-moralizing. Sometimes they are motivating. Sometimes i wish i can push that little more harder, abit more faster. But i cant. and it sucks.

Drove down to bedok stadium to train my boys. Trained kalifa, amir and vincent today. And to make trainings alittle more fun, after the main work out, i gave them a game to play. There was this yellow fence barrier that had one pole broken, so for them to fit through was quite easy. So i timed them to go from one side to the other and there was a tie between K and A, V was the winner. haha So i made them do SBJ into the sand and we had the same result! Tie for K and A and V the winner. haha

Kit Fei was there too. She was like almost harassed by a malay goal keeper from the Geyland United FC team. She was running on the field doing fart leg wearing shorts and sports bra so the guy came running out from the dressing room and i've NO IDEA what he intended to do, but he scared kit fei alittle and interupted her trg, but before i realised what was happening, or before i could say or do anything in defence, kit fei shouted out :"Seriously dude, do you have a brain?!"

OMG, that was the perfect reply from kit fei man! cos i could see the guy like thinking whether he actually had a brain! hahaha stupid footballers. but of course, his other teammates thought it was so cool and laughed over it. But i think that guy was serverly hurt by KF's comments. hahaha! serves him right!

Not been sleeping well lately. As in i'm sleeping but i dont feel i'm in a DEEP sleep kind. I wake up feeling OKAY. not like woah, refreshed. haha any help ideas?
